After announcing his retirement with the national team on sunday, The english federation has took a decision to punish him against his racial act which is defended in the sport world. but the problem is to know how can someone in this level of competition can behave like that? when we know that in soccer, all players are united and when a soccer player scores, all the team is happy whatever the scorer's nationality or skin color.
