Gabon punished by the FIFA; 3 points lost

The administrative negligence can cost a price in the soccer world. In this case, the Gabonese Football Federation (Fegafoot) has just heard that they have been penalised by the Federation International of Football Association (FIFA) in losing three point with a defeat 3-0 for the game concerning the qualification of the world cup 2014 against Niger. What are the mains reasons of this sanction? Gabon had put in his team against Niger 3 June, Charly Moussono, and 28 years, no qualified. Born in Libreville and having his backgroung as a Cameroonian, but naturalised as Gabonese with a Gabonese passport. According to the FIFA, Charly Moussono did not yet obtain the authorisation to play with Gabon and apply this defeat as rule for all teams which do not respect any rules. This decision which makes the Gabonese team weak in the period where they lost against Togo and would not participate to the next African cup Of Nations in South Africa.
