Serial murders of prostitutes in Rwanda

Kigali, the Rwandese capital has seen at
least 15 prostitutes killed, mostly by strangulation in less than three months.
Recently, three women known as prostitutes have again been strangled in the
afternoon, in the small house situated in the popular place known as Gastata. “At
the beginning, we thought that it was some isolated acts, one of the first
murder seems to be bound to a financial conflict” has said the police
spokesperson Theo Badege. “But quickly, we guess that it could be something
else” added him due to the fact of those murders are frequent. Actually, one of
the prostitutes who stay around the place where there were crimes does not hide
her fear, a so-called Eugenie 28years old confirmed that she knew all the
people killed and affirmed to be with
one of them one hour before she’s been killed. From now she stressful, and does
no if she should keep working. “Before those events, there were any problems,
everything was perfect, we felt secure” said the lady. Face in that, the police
and local authority have organised some investigations and reinforced the
safety during the day as night.

Summit of the Non –Aligned Movement
Syria; Nothing special
United Nation
has held a meeting in Teheran from the 26th to the 31st of
August with a presentation of some presidents and ministers of foreign affaires
and 15 members of the National Security Council concerning the humanitarian Syrian
Crisis. Unfortunately, this summit was achieved without any resolutions;
therefore the occidental power has threatened the president Bachar al Assad of the
military intervention. The adoption of a resolution seems impossible due to the
fact of the lack of cooperation from Russian and China which protect their interest.
Until when is this situation going to be like that? When we realise that actually
a generation is dying by bombardments and attacks. Face in this situation which
chokes the human conscience, we just have to believe that everything will be
fine as soon as possible.
Personalities who came for all over the world
Guinea: About 30 deaths in the wreck dugout in Conakry
Yesterday, the Angolan
press has announced the re-election of the president Dos Santos after his party
victory “MPALA” 75% while the opposition party “UNITA” claims electoral fraud
and does not deserve this second place. So they prepare documents which prove
the results diffused by the commission electoral national are not identical
like to those released by the tellers in the vote office. In spite those
critics, the Friday vote was quiet and observers say they are satisfied by the
election in confirming that Dos Santos, 70 years and he’s president since almost
30 years was a real favourite for the third time since 1975. But in this
situation there are some contradictions between the two parties; UNITA had also
deplored a lot of irregularities such as a miss of European observers but a high
presence concerning African observers, or a problem in the election, notably
with the constitution of elector lists.

François Hollande tries to reassure people who expect the change
The French
new president François Hollande has seen his popularity going down. Elected
president for 5years on the 6th may 2012, after just three months,
French impatient people who want to accelerate everything do not see anything
of what he promises during his society project. In this case, he knows the
credibility, trust that he can lose. Face in that, the French president has
answered to them in saying that “the change is not now, we need time, not for
three months, not also on one year but in 5 years and at the same time there is
no day or time to waste.” For that, Mr Hollande has announced many social plans
which will take place in the next days, such as a Public Bank of investment,
for supporting the enterprises. Act approved by the impatient population due to
the fact of this project which was supposed to be initially done in January.
