Kadhafi’s son Seif al-Islam kadhafi, will be judged in September

The deceased Libyan leader’s son, Mouammar Kadhafi, Seif al-Islam will take place in Zenten, in the town where he’s detained since his arrest in November. But it’s finally in Libya, in his own born place that he will be judged in September, place where he’s detained since November. In wishing to be judged by the International Criminal Court, he asked this favour in the beginning of August. But it’s not the case because he will be judged in his country so according to him he does not have any chances. So the Libyan government is not going to make things easy for him. And he esteems that in his country nothing will be fair, or equitable. Sincerely, Seif al-Islam already knows that he might have an execution to death if this process takes place in Libya. Seif al-Islam is arrested for crimes against humanity commits during the revolt against the Libyan regime. A conflict which was one cause of his father’s death on the 20th August 2011, the 40 years old is the only kadhafi’s son to be involved in this story and is also the only one to be put in jail. He has been caught at the Nigerian’s border while he tried to run away.
